Living in a community governed by a Homeowners' Association (HOA) means abiding by a set of rules and regulations designed to maintain the quality and cohesion of the neighborhood. These rules are established for several reasons including Aesthetic Uniformity, Dispute Resolution, Safety and Security, and Preservation of Property Values.  Imagine if our community accepts ron's actions.
